Position Responsibilities:
Manages a team of independent contributors creating data analytics tools and systems supporting BCA Supplier Quality business objectives
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve supplier performance
Provides education and coaching on how BCA SQ's tools and applications support the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
1+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions
5+ years of experience in collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for management
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications
5+ years of experience in web application front end languages, frameworks, and libraries
5+ years of experience in relational database management systems (Exadata, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Experience developing reports and presentations for executive leadership
Skill at defining and prioritizing critical requirements
Experience resolving issues and developing solutions to summarize and convey complex information clearly and concisely

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations
Summary pay range: $130,050 - $175,950
