What You'll Be Doing:
PMO Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for project delivery staff
Build a high-performing PMO organization aligned to enterprise priorities
Provide coaching on project delivery, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and staffing plans across the PMO
Methodology & Governance
Define, implement, and continuously improve standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates
Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance standards, stage gates, and approval processes
Drive consistency in project execution across all business and IT domains
Establish and enforce best practices for:
Scope management
Risk and issue management
Change control
Financial tracking and control
Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and enterprise standards throughout delivery
Project & Portfolio Oversight
Provide oversight of the full project lifecycle from intake through closure
Ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, schedule, and budget baselines
Monitor portfolio health, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across projects
Facilitate prioritization processes in alignment with business and IT leadership
Drive cross-project coordination and dependency management
Reporting, Tracking & Visibility
Establish standardized reporting frameworks for project and portfolio performance
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of:
Project status (health, milestones, deliverables)
Financials (budget vs. actuals, forecasts)
Risks, issues, and dependencies
Resource utilization
Provide executive-level dashboards and insights to senior leadership
Ensure transparency into project status, costs, and outcomes across the enterprise
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment on project priorities and outcomes
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
Drive decision-making through data-driven insights and escalation management
Ensure alignment between project delivery and business value realization
Continuous Improvement & PMO Maturity
Drive continuous improvement of PMO capabilities, processes, and tools
Establish and track KPIs for PMO effectiveness and project success
Lead PMO maturity initiatives, including:
Standardizing intake and prioritization processes
Improving reporting and visibility
Enhancing resource management practices
Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and delivery excellence
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in IT project/program management
5+ years of experience leading a PMO or managing project teams
Experience in enterprise-scale project portfolio management environments
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Deep expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Proven ability to drive governance, standardization, and operational discipline
Advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboarding capabilities
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing cross-functional, global project portfolios
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with PPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Planview, MS Project) preferred
Experience in large, global IT organizations with distributed teams preferred
Demonstrated ability to stand up or transform a PMO preferred

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
