Job Description:
What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our warehouse operations, you will:
✅ Drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers
✅ Lead and develop your team through effective planning, scheduling, and ongoing training support
✅ Optimize workflow by organizing daily and weekly workloads and aligning personnel schedules
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
✅ Champion change in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Enhance processes and systems by identifying opportunities to improve parts and warehouse operations
✅ Promote a strong safety culture by conducting daily safety talks and leading regular team meetings
