学历学位 (Education Background)Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

专业 (Professionals)Financial Related. CPA certificate or MBA finance is preference.

经验/履历 (Working Experience)Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework. (Over 4 years to 6 years)

专业技能 (Professional Skills)Need collaborative communication skill to other divisions in order to collect information and decide actions based on them. Logical thinking, data analysis, and action planning skills are encouraged to retain. High EQ will work here.

岗位职责描述（Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position)

1，Monthly management & KPI report for sales team shall be consolidated.

2，Responsible as business partner to supports for strategic business development by respective divisions with providing company financial performance and proposed strategies with digital KPIs for respective divisions.

3，SAP database management (for finance parts) with considering interfaces to other business infrastructures (time sheet management, HRIS and YGS/GMAP).

4，Budget management: Participate in the formulation and execution of budgets to ensure that business activities achieve established budget goals

5，Report preparation: Conduct regular financial data analysis based on business needs, prepare corresponding financial reports and business insight reports

6，Business analysis: Sort and summarize business data, track and monitor it, establish a daily tracking and monitoring system, and promote business improvement

7，Business support: Work closely with the business team, respond to business needs in a timely manner, support business decisions, and solve business problems

8，Others could refer to the success profile
