We’re hiring a Performance Manager with a Paid Social focus to join Zenith Media

This is a brand-new role created off the back of a major new business win, giving you the rare opportunity to step into a high-impact position and make it your own from day one

You’ll work on a large-scale, multi-million-dollar account, collaborating with a high-performing team and delivering best-in-class performance outcomes across digital channels, with paid social at the heart of everything you do

Why this role is exciting Shape a new role - this is your chance to build, influence and own the performance approach Work on a major account with significant budgets and real business impact Paid social-led strategy (Meta & TikTok) as the key growth engine Exposure to cross-channel performance, with opportunities to expand into search, programmatic and beyond Collaborate with a large, specialist team across onshore and offshore delivery Strong focus on learning, development and career progression The role As a Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading paid social strategy, planning and optimisation, while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes

You will: Lead end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok Drive planning, buying, optimisation and reporting across performance activity Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot in real time and unlock performance improvements Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Deliver high-quality insights, reporting and recommendations that inform future strategy Champion best practice across performance media and optimisation approaches What success looks like Campaigns delivered with accuracy, efficiency and strong ROI Clear, actionable insights that influence performance strategy Strong collaboration with both internal teams and client stakeholders Continuous optimisation and innovation across performance channels What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone ready to step up and make an impact: Proven experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok) – this is essential Experience in performance media planning, buying and optimisation Strong analytical ability and confidence turning data into insights Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets Bonus skills (highly regarded): Paid search and/or programmatic experience (e.g
