Surveyor - Road Department

Applications are accepted until there are sufficient numbers of qualified applications or qualified candidate has been identified. The position could possibly close at any time.* Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, or their designee, performs survey work including, but not limited to, existing topography data collection, survey data reduction, preparation of topographic base drawings, boundary surveys, construction staking and calculations, easement preparation, and property negotiations. Functions as a field inspector, as needed, during the course of construction projects. Performs other various office and field tasks.
