
Financial Analyst

Winnebago Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is hybrid. The Financial Analyst position will be a key role on the Corporate FP&A team that allows the individual to work across the enterprise and interact with senior leaders, both at corporate and in the business units. This role will serve as a financial business partner to the company’s enterprise functions teams (HR and Enterprise Marketing) and work closely with business units and their FP&A teams to provide business support on key projects and our annual budget and forecast cycles.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting (daily sales, weekly retail, show reporting, working capital and dealer inventory)
- Assists in quarterly, annual, and long-range plan forecasting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements
- Accountable for department reporting, including the development and improvement of interactive department templates and consolidations
- Investigate discrepancies between actuals and expectations
- Assist in preparing Executive and Board of Directors level materials
- Maintain data in OneStream (financial reporting tool)
- Partner with Corporate accounting as needed for reporting and accounting purposes
- Collaborate with BUs on ad hoc data compilation and analysis
- Other duties as assigned based on business need
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of emphasis
- 2+ years of related experience
- This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
