Sales Rep - Automation

The Sales Rep - Automation, located in Odessa, TX, will be focused on growing Lufkin’s presence in the Permian Basin in Automation sales for artificial lift. This individual will grow the Automation products and services revenue including our Lufkin Well Manager variable speed drive units and our Pump Off Control units, while bundling this product line with our Beam Pumping Units (BPU) through collaboration with the local Product Line Sales teams. They will do so by understanding the Permian market, our prospective and current customer needs as well as the competitive landscape. They will create a territory sales plan on growth targeting prospective customers and building upon existing customers.
