Description
- Build and maintain full-stack applications in collaboration with business leaders and AI/ML engineers to support custom media operations
- Partner with AI/ML engineers, stakeholders, and end users to understand complex operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Rapidly prototype and pilot advanced capabilities to meet evolving customer needs
- Improve system usability and workflow efficiency by collaborating with end users to design and refine intuitive user experiences
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to operationalize them within mission workflows
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 8 years of experience in software development
- Proven ability to take projects from initial concept and scoping through iterative development, testing, and deployment
- Ability to work independently and break down complex problems into actionable tasks with minimal oversight
- Experience conducting user research, iterating on features based on feedback, and solving real-world operational challenges
- Extensive experience developing applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, including Node.js and frontend frameworks such as React and Material UI
- Experience working in Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu or Amazon Linux
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab
