About the team: TikTok Shop is an e-commerce platform fully integrated into TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Own the operation strategy formulation and target breakdown for TikTok Shop European local logistics products. Focus on core modules such as delivery speed, exception handling, logistics tracking, user experience, and operational efficiency, driving continuous iteration and business goal achievement.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, merchant and consumer pain points. Design end-to-end logistics product solutions aligned with business development stages and requirements, and deliver actionable product roadmaps and operational plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Warehousing, Delivery Service Providers, and Regional Operations.
- Drive full-cycle execution of logistics solutions from requirement definition, solution review, pilot launch to scaled rollout.
- Own logistics service provider onboarding, integration, and digital operation system building. Establish standardized provider management processes, monitoring mechanisms, and operational standards to support scalable business growth.
- Capture and codify best practices, methodologies, and standard processes for logistics product operations.
- Empower regional teams and business lines, and continuously elevate overall logistics operational capability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, experience in e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics, or platform logistics product operations
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end international e-commerce logistics value chain, with deep domain knowledge across each function
- Strong problem-structuring ability, capable of independently owning complex 0-to-1 projects end-to-end
- Results-driven, with strong execution ability and resilience, able to drive progress in ambiguous environments
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, able to align multi-stakeholder resources toward shared goals
- User-centric mindset with business acumen, able to balance experience, efficiency, and cost from a business perspective
- Fluent communication in Chinese is required to communicate with internal stakeholders (Product, RD) based in China in order to carry out daily work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at cross-border e-commerce platforms, leading logistics companies, or logistics tech companies
- Track record of leading large-scale logistics product upgrades, mass provider onboarding, or core capability 0-to-1 buildouts
- Data-driven operational mindset, able to identify issues and drive improvements through data analysis
