Job Summary
The Technology Operations Specialist supports enterprise technology operations across all markets. This role partners closely with the Technology Manager to assist with technology deployments, acquisitions, infrastructure projects, onboarding, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Support daily technology operations and project initiatives
- Assist with acquisitions, transitions, and lease-up technology deployments
- Coordinate user onboarding, account setup, and login troubleshooting
- Support installation and maintenance of Ubiquiti network systems
- Assist with Broadvoice phone system configuration and support
- Coordinate internet service provider (ISP) setup and issue resolution
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, including:
- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- CP Studio
- Assist with automation, scripting, and systems implementation projects
- Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and technicians during implementations
- Provide backup support for the Technology Support Team
- Travel to properties and project sites as needed
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Up to 2 years of technology or IT support experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments preferred
- Basic understanding of networking and wireless systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience coordinating vendors or third-party technicians preferred
- Ability to travel as needed for acquisitions, lease-ups, and on-site support

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating technology equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Primarily office-based with regular computer use
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
- Occasional travel required for site support, training, and project implementations
- Position may require flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per hour
