Main duties

• Prepares production cycles in accordance with manufacturing procedures..
  >> Assessment indicator : Number of procedure conformities

• Loads and unloads material or parts onto the equipment..
  >> Assessment indicator : Number of compliant changeovers

• Checks the different settings involved in handling the product, as well as the safety of the equipment throughout the cycle..
  >> Assessment indicator : Zero incidents, number of compliant operations

• Conducts process and product quality control in line with specifications..
  >> Assessment indicator : Number of non-conformities

• Detects malfunctions and follows procedures to remedy these..
  >> Assessment indicator : Number of non-conformities

• Performs necessary repairs or, where required, calls the maintenance team..
  >> Assessment indicator : Maintenance call-out rate

• Takes part in induction and training relevant to use and equipment..
  >> Assessment indicator : Job skills tracking
