
Medical Imaging Inside Service Sales Representative
Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Sell Carestream medical imaging service contracts to Dealer accounts and ISOs.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers while identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, including renewals and new contract growth.
- Proactively manage contract expirations and renewals to maximize customer retention.
Customer & Partner Management
- Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned Dealer and ISO accounts.
- Develop strong working relationships with customer service managers, owners, and procurement stakeholders.
- Educate customers on service offerings, coverage levels, response times, and value propositions.
- Partner closely with field service teams, operations, and pricing teams to ensure accurate proposals and customer satisfaction.
Quoting & Contract Management
- Prepare accurate service contract quotes, pricing proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Understand equipment configurations, modality types, and service risk to ensure contract profitability.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity data within our SAP & C4C systems.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of Carestream’s medical imaging modalities (e.g. X-ray, Detectors).
- Stay informed on competitive service offerings and market trends.
- Recommend appropriate service solutions based on Dealers/ISO needs, installed base, and operational needs.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to support deal execution.
- Provide regular forecast updates and pipeline visibility.
- Identify process improvements and best practices to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
