Job Description
Required Skills & Education:
1. Must have 3 years of experience and a Technical degree in industrial electronics and automation, mechatronics, instrumentation and control, or some other related degree. 2. Advanced knowledge of programming Allen Bradley PLC’s (SLC, Micrologix, and ControlLogix), HMI’s (PV Standard and PV Plus), motion control systems (Drives ULTRA), vision system programming, and industrial printing systems using inkjet, ribbon, and laser technology. 3. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software for generating and interpreting electronic, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams. 4. Advanced knowledge of inspecting, repairing, and testing electronic equipment, and in the use of the necessary measuring equipment for these repairs (multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, etc.). 5. Advanced knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. Advanced knowledge of electronics, electricity, pneumatics, and industrial automation. Advanced knowledge of industrial control (open and closed control loops, controllers, transmitters, transducers, sensors, and final control elements for level, flow, temperature, pressure, and vacuum variables). 6. Knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis tools, Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Office and email software. Basic English level. 7. Shift 7:30 AM a 5:00 PM
