Job Description

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Responding to all inquiries/customer requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Answering the telephone and directing the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Manage general inboxes and forward messages to the applicable department.
  • Communicate and empathize with customers when needed.
  • Manage and maintain security systems such as vehicle permits, cameras, and visitor badges.
  • Learn aspects of Order Entry and other job-related functions using SAP software.
  • Process and coordinate returns for our wholesale customers.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with deliveries.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
