Job Description
Follows proper training protocol to become qualified to deliver training for each product.
Performs I-CAR training courses for collision repair professionals in accordance with I-CAR standards, standard operating procedures and requirements.
Promotes the benefits of I-CAR training to all industry segments, including collision repair businesses, insurance offices, vendors, and career and technical schools and colleges.
Prepares for each class by ordering materials in a timely manner, reviewing I-CAR course content, and including any course updates.
Constantly improves technical knowledge in subject area of courses taught.
Constantly improves presentation skills to better deliver material, avoid distractions, and enhance each individual’s learning experience.
Constantly improves training skills, including the use of questions, effective answers to questions, and group exercises.
Develops or obtains props that are relevant to the material and address hands-on learning styles.
Conducts I-CAR training effectively by starting on time, managing breaks, and ending on time as appropriate.
Verifies and completes Attendance form and completion results, utilizing the proper system and process.
Administers final grading criteria as determined by course type.
Attendance at various training sessions will be required with appropriate consideration for your personal schedule.
May be asked to attend, pilot classes, or review specific training materials.
Completes processes relating to expense reports and training event administration per established expectations.
May be asked to be observed by a member of the Quality team and work collaboratively with the Lead Associate to improve the quality of the delivery of I-CAR training.
