Job Description

  • Manage and grow key accounts and distributors, engaging stakeholders across R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Quality, Production, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and portfolio penetration.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications, and customers aligned with Corbion’s Sustainable Food Solutions strategy.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements in line with internal guidelines and profitability targets.
  • Own and deliver the annual sales budget and sales forecast for Vietnam.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer trends, translating insights into concrete commercial actions.
  • Manage pipeline and customer interactions effectively using CRM tools.
  • Build technically driven customer relationships through formulation support, trials, and product launches.
  • Act as the key interface between Sales and Technical/Application teams, ensuring customers and distributors are well trained on Corbion’s solutions and value propositions.
  • Provide high-quality commercial and technical support related to applications, specifications, quality topics, legislation, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance in line with company processes.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, customer events, and communication activities relevant to the Vietnamese market.
