Back to jobsYour main tasks include the chartering of seagoing vessels and barges, the operational handling of transports, the annual negotiation of our CoAs and the review of Marine Terms. You are furthermore responsible for the vetting of our seagoing vessels for the entire HELM.
You are in constant communication with colleagues and act as an interface to the Product Management of the Business Unit Chemicals as well as to the internal service departments.
In this function you are also in charge of the cooperation with suppliers, warehouses, customers and logistic service providers of HELM AG. You will also be visiting these partners on short business trips.
Moreover, you will be taking over administrative tasks such as the preparation and execution of monthly and annual financial statements or the processing of insurance claims.
You are a team player and like to contribute to project work for the further development of the business unit.
