Drive sales and business growth across the DACH region by identifying new opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and initiating projects that strengthen our position in the composites value chain.
Develop customer-focused sales strategies that combine commercial and technical expertise, enabling you to offer tailored solutions to both suppliers and customers.
Collaborate closely with international manufacturers and regional customers to develop new applications, optimize existing products, and continuously innovate within the fiberglass segment.
Define and execute short- and medium-term strategies, including pricing, competitive positioning, and risk/opportunity assessments to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Work hand in hand with HELMs Supply Chain Operations teams on purchase planning, inventory optimization, and the management of international value chains while analysing sales data and market trends to identify actionable opportunities
