Successfully completed degree in engineering, electrical engineering, automation, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry, ideally related to gas processing
Strong industry, product, and application knowledge in automation for process industries, particularly in gas processing (e.g., equipment for the production, purification, and distribution of hydrogen, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide)
Several years of international sales experience with responsibility for customer acquisition, customer development, and contract negotiations is desirable
Experience in project acquisition and revenue responsibility is an advantage
Functional leadership experience is a plus
Business-fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Strong consulting orientation, persuasive communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in intercultural collaboration
High willingness to travel
