Back to jobsDefine and clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to Engineering, Design and Methods teams;
Together with the Business Product Manager, manage the product backlog or with the Business Project Manager the projects execution;
Coordinate with the assigned engineering team (external, internal, or mixed) to deliver features that meet customer and business needs;
Acts as an interface between the Product Manager and the Engineering team (external, internal, or mixed);
Validate delivered work to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards;
Track tech performance metrics and KPIs and monitor digital product/project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
Define the technical skills required for product/project development, plan capacity and coordinate with the Digital Engineering team for resource allocation;
Develop documentation such as charters, scopes, risk assessments and status reports;
Participate in the selection of vendors and management of contracts;
Define the product/project budget and monitor its costs.
