Conduct Inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed.
Works with peers to coordinate movement assembled parts and/or products to the next step operation
Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies
Maintains accurate stock counts.
Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
Suggests solutions for continuous improvements.
Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
Researches, Analyzes, and Reconciles all variances reported.
Cycle counting of all material in the warehouse with a concentration in the Modula area.
Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.
Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
Completes requests from Purchasing, AP, Engineering and Production Departments.
Follows safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required
Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
