Job Description

AXA Global Healthcare is hiring a Broker Sales Consultant to join a high-performing Sales team

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of intermediaries and brokers, using strong account-management skills to build lasting relationships while promoting our Global Healthcare Insurance policies

This role sits within the Sales and Distribution team in the AXA Global Healthcare (EU) office and is responsible for selling Global Healthcare Insurance policies via the broker and intermediary networks

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home

Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events

What you’ll be doing: Selling Global Healthcare Insurance via brokers/intermediaries and ensure customer needs are met to achieve your individual targets

Confident interaction with our customers delivering expert management of contact and query resolution

Accurate creation and maintenance of customer records and appropriate escalation when needed

Building and managing a portfolio with new and existing brokers

Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Supporting broker visits to execute the sales strategy within the EU

Using all relevant and related systems to accurately capture and maintain customer data on relevant CRM tool and databases

About You What we’re looking for: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are desirable

Sales-driven with the ability to follow up and convert quotes

Strong relationship skills to develop long-term relationships with brokers

Aptitude for managing day-to-day broker relationships

Comfortable presenting product updates, innovations, and ideas Ability to navigate complex, multiple IT applications at one time

Willingness to travel within the EU

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom
