Package: $110,000 – $140,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses

About the Role
Drive and manage property supply channels for a national investment group serving over 10,000 members across Australia.
This role is suited to commercially minded operators comfortable owning external supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and protecting brand standards.
As Channel Partnerships & Acquisitions Manager – Property, you will oversee developer and builder partnerships, secure residential supply allocations, and ensure performance, documentation, and delivery standards are upheld.
NSW and VIC candidates must be able to attend our office. QLD candidates may work remotely. Interstate travel to meet developers and vendor partners is part of the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Channel Supply Management
- Manage property supply relationships across multiple developers
- Secure allocations and manage release pipelines
- Monitor supply flow and forward visibility
- Commercial Negotiation & Accountability
- Negotiate commercial agreements and vendor terms
- Hold partners accountable to timelines and SLAs
- Escalate risks decisively when required
- Pipeline & Performance Tracking
- Maintain structured tracking of active and upcoming projects
- Monitor stock movement and reporting accuracy
- Ensure cross-department visibility
- Contract & Compliance Oversight
- Review agreements and marketing documentation
- Ensure all projects meet internal compliance standards
- Maintain governance control across supply channels
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with research, sales, and contracts teams
- Ensure accurate system uploads and documentation
- Provide structured communication to stakeholders
- Settlement & Risk Oversight
- Monitor build progress
- Escalate risk indicators early
- Protect member outcomes and brand integrity
