Dismantles defective machines and equipment, install new or repaired parts and performs minor repairs.
Installs and repairs electrical equipment, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the plant.
Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc.) to repair and/or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
Performs routine preventative maintenance.
Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and repairs (e.g., unit repairs on hydraulic pumps, electrical issues, etc.).
Executes Continuous Improvement project work orders.
Track and communicate work progress in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Collaborate with reliability staff to order and stock parts and tools.
Flexible to work any shift assignment and overtime as needed.
