Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel will sit within VanEck’s U.S. Legal Team and will report to the Deputy General Counsel. The role will support a practice principally focused on ‘40 Act registered funds. The successful candidate will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and to take on a full workload shortly after joining. This position offers an opportunity to apply legal skills across a broad range of matters in a growing, highly visible, and fast-moving asset management business.
