Manager / Senior Manager Market Surveillance and Mitigation

The Manager / Senior Manager of Market Surveillance and Mitigation develops, defines and implements strategic plans that allow for the successful accomplishment of the MMU departmental responsibilities and obligations under the Tariff. This person develops both strategic and tactical departmental and team goals and leads team in completing those initiatives efficiently and with quality results. This is accomplished through the direct management of staff and contractors, collaboration with MMU leadership, and the diligent coordination with other company departments and the Oversight Committee. The Manager/Senior Manager is the primary decision maker for the Market Surveillance and Mitigation team, with the authority to make final decisions impacting significant MMU initiatives and delegate.
