Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business;

  • Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis, answering questions and following up when needed);

  • Responsible to grow the destinations assigned to them through market, competitor and data analysis;

  • Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity;

  • Able to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions;

  • Responsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems;

  • Partner events: support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, as well as participating in external events and trade fairs representing the company.

Years of relevant Job Knowledge:

  • Broad Job Knowledge (3 - 5 years)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solution oriented and result driven

  • Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful

  • Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to multi-task & changes, as well as flexible attitude

  • Commercially driven attitude

  • Objection handling

  • Language: English & Bahasa Indonesia (Business proficient)

  • Travel for work: up to 50% of the time
