Position Summary: This professional position has a combination of customer service and purchasing responsibilities. Inside Sales Reps are responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met by working with outside sales, operations, and supply chain; as well as working to control inventory, reduce costs, and increase profit margins on products supplied to our customers.  This position is fast-paced and manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within the structural fasteners business.   This position reports to:  Inside Sales Team Leader This position has direct reports:  None Location:  Salem, OR FLSA Hourly/Salary:  StartingSalary $55,000-$65,000
