Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)

Convergix Automation Solutions is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP PMO, Continuous Improvement and Quality, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and executing Continuous Improvement activities within the Convergix suite of companies utilizing Lean Six Sigma Tools. You will manage cross-functional teams to successfully complete these initiatives. Additionally, you will facilitate for targeted actives in support of the business including but not limited to; lessons learned, value-stream mapping, rapid improvement Kaizen events and identifying and eliminating barriers to continuous improvements.
