Design, implement & evolve the Global Operating Model
Oversee the development and execution of a unified global operating model that aligns organizational design, talent strategy, core processes, performance management, systems, and data governance
Ensure the new model is aligned with strategic business needs.
Develop aligned and optimized global principles, standards, and policies.
Direct global governance frameworks and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Oversee audits of adherence across all regions and functions. Establishing KPIs and maturity assessments to track compliance.
Spot opportunities to improve processes across regions and functions.
Improve operational performance, quality, and cost efficiency by introducing global best practices.
Guide organizational adoption of the new Global Operating Model.
Coordinate change efforts with global and regional stakeholders.
Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
Deploy global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards.
Work closely with regional and global leaders in Service, CX, Operations, Commercial, Workforce Management, and Training.
Lead and develop a team of 25 FTEs.
Strengthen skills, guide leaders, and create a positive culture of achievement.
