The Manager of Total Rewards leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of the Firm’s benefits, wellness, and employee recognition programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations while enhancing the overall employee experience. This role also serves as a culture champion, partnering with the Chief People Officer to advance Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and reinforce a values-driven, inclusive workplace. As a key liaison across HR, leadership, and external vendors, the Manager aligns total rewards programs with business objectives and organizational culture.
