Job Description

TIBA SPAIN perteneciente a ROMEU, busca incorporar un/a Customer Service para nuestro equipo de Solar en las instalaciones de Valencia.

What will your functions be?

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Gestión de clientes marítimos ofreciendo soluciones a necesidades especificas
  • Preparación de ofertas y sus correspondientes cotizaciones
  • Apoyo posterior al equipo operativo para una gestión eficaz del servicio.
  • Funciones de pricing.
  • Comunicación y coordinación externa con clientes y proveedores
  • Comunicación interna con operativa y comercial.

What are we looking for?

Requisitos

  • Inglés elevado tanto escrito como hablado ( se hará prueba en el proceso )
  • Perfil con orientación al cliente
  • Experiencia en puesto de, al menos, cinco años
  • Conocimiento en WEBCARGO
