The Quality Assurance Technician responsibilities include the monitoring, sampling and testing of frozen dessert products as a part of a cGMP compliant quality system, as well as assuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with all applicable SOPs while ensuring good documentation practices are followed.
Responsibilities also include reviewing all Master Batch Records and quality control records to ensure all specifications are met and records are properly executed during frozen dessert processing operations prior to release.
