Shift Supervisor Quality, 2nd Shift

We are seeking a results-driven Shift Supervisor to lead our Quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality standards are met, supporting production through effective problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork while coaching and developing team members to achieve performance goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
