Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift

We are seeking a driven Production Supervisor to lead our Heading & Rolling manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving performance in productivity, efficiency, and scrap reduction. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership, support machine uptime, troubleshoot process issues, and coach team members to meet safety, delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
