About the Role

Redial BPO is seeking high‑caliber outbound sales professionals to support a leading US-based education technology provider. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling to K–12 school districts across the United States, promoting innovative classroom technology solutions.

Successful candidates will engage with technology decision-makers such as IT Directors and Heads of Technology, with the objective of generating qualified sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for experienced call-center sales professionals who are confident in cold calling, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are motivated by targets and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based organizations

* Identify and engage key decision-makers

* Introduce and position education technology solutions

* Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team

* Accurately capture call outcomes and notes in the CRM

* Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets

Minimum Requirements

* Proven outbound sales experience in a BPO or call center environment (2 – 3 Years)

* Business development experience

* Experience working with high call volumes

* Strong ability to handle cold calling

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

* Target-driven, resilient, and performance-focused mindset

* Availability to work US-aligned hours if required
