🎯 What's your mission?

To contribute to the optimal performance of the Rubí HQ factory through efficient, safe and cost-effective technical practices, in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Cost Center objectives.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

  • Participate actively in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up of interventions. Role of main user for the GMAO tracing software.

  • Identify and assess risks that may impact production capacity and output, proposing mitigation actions to ensure operational continuity.

  • Prepare, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on automation efficiency, robotic performance, and related productivity ratios.

  • Propose and help maintain the preventive maintenance plan and calendar, ensuring proper documentation and databases. Both internal and external tasks following legal requirements and company standards.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with production teams and team leaders to align priorities and technical needs.

  • Coordinate and supervise technical works carried out by external contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

  • Read and interpret technical documentation and drawings (mechanical, electrical, CAD) to ensure accurate execution of maintenance and installation activities.

  • Proactively assess operations to detect inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.

  • Support the tendering, selection, and acquisition of new machinery and equipment, ensuring the proper installation, commissioning, and training to production teams.

  • Provide technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maximize equipment availability.

  • Collaborate in the planning and coordination of factory shutdowns, including project implementation and facilities upgrades.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

  • Currently studying a Degree in Engineering

  • Languages: English (High), Spanish (High).
