🎯 What's your mission?
To join the fragrance development team of the Creative Centre in Dubai. He/She will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, marketing and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Supporting the team for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting price, technical/regulatory, creative guidelines and deadlines/priorities.
Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs.
Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes to answer briefs efficiently.
Coordinate fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Ability to translate clients’ needs clear briefs to perfumers.
Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/ project timeline with Account Manager.
Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and translate into proactive proposals and brief anticipation.
Coordinate and learn from the senior members of the team.
Feed market insights into regional & global olfactive strategies
Present fragrance concepts / reworks to client with strong story telling
✅ What you need to shine in this role
· Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred) with 2-3 years of industrial experience.
