Job Description Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with food/feed safety management systems, applicable regulations, customer requirements, and laboratory monitoring programs through effective verification, risk assessment, and continuous improvement activities.
Job Description:
- Monitor laboratory testing programs, review analytical results, and investigate non-conforming or abnormal findings.
- Manage food/feed safety verification activities, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive action programs.
- Ensure compliance with food/feed safety management systems, regulatory requirements, certification schemes, and customer specifications.
- Monitor laboratory testing programs, review analytical results, and investigate non-conforming or abnormal findings.
- Support internal, external, and certification audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote continuous improvement and food/feed safety culture through training, reporting, and compliance monitoring activities.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or any related field from reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Food/Feed Safety, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Laboratory Quality within food, edible oil, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining of ISO 17025 requirements, Good laboratory practices, and analytical data will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Food/Feed Safety Management Systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP+, system jaminan halal ) will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of Laboratory / Food/Feed Safety Management Systems, HACCP principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, analytical data review, trend analysis, and investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power point) for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
