Research Assistant

1. Supervise daily activities of inoculation as well as subculture of Culture Processing unit. 2. Create a daily report of the activities of the Culture Processing unit and report the results of daily activities to the Section Head. 3. Ensure subculture activities are timely, reaching daily targets determined with levels of contamination below a predetermined standard. 4. Make the division of HR and SDA to meet the specified daily target. 5. Report to the relevant Section Head if there is a problem in the daily activities of the Culture Processing unit. 6. Coordinate with the foreman and related assistant in daily activities.
