Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent. This team member is responsible for scheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. Part Time Associates at Omni Viking Lakes are entitled to elect the following benefits: Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits.      Additional associate benefits offered include discounts at the spa and restaurants, discounted rates at other Omni properties, corporate discounts, continued education opportunities and more.      Essential Job Functions:  Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support Omni's related sanitation protocols.  Check guests in and out according to Omni Standards Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service. Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell Idlewild services and products. Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed. Communicate spa promotions with guests. Greets guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary. Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Spa treatments and experiences. Maintain locker room in sanitary and safe condition to include shower areas, and vanities. Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition. Maintain Spa Garden spaces in a fashion that ensures neat, safe, and sanitary conditions. Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary. Participates in periodic product inventory as directed. Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities. Must maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all times. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings. Report any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper authority. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Complete other duties as assigned by management.   Qualifications:  Ability to input information accurately and efficiently into computer systems Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up all responsibilities Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays Previous customer service experience Previous cashiering experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must possess excellent guest service skills and will be responsible for ensuring a quality guest experience in the Spa. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Team player Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs, according to the demands of the business. High personal standards and values Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail. Must be flexible and cooperative. Must be able to communicate effectively.  Physical Requirements:  Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, reach   Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.  Working Environment:  Interior and exterior of Spa Occasional exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.  Tools & Equipment:  Telephone Computer, copy machine and printer
