About the Team TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. This role will cover SEA Apps, Gaming and regional Pangle.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for TikTok lead-generation advertising products, define business priorities, and formulate key operational strategies.
- Work closely with key vertical clients in Travel/Auto/Fintech, etc. to understand the business models, campaign objectives, performance measurement approaches, and marketing pain points of key market clients, and provide corresponding product solutions.
- Conduct market research, product feedback analysis, and competitive media research, while collaborating with product teams to drive product optimization.
- Partner with sales, product, and client operations teams to advance product GTM and market education, in order to support revenue target achievement.
- Based on business and product goals, build scalable mechanisms for advertising and operations methodology, metric system development, and business analysis and monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lead-generation performance advertising; North America market experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in lead-gen ads operation and measurement, as well as familiarity with mainstream overseas CRM, measurement, and attribution platforms.
- Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking, with the ability to independently analyze business and product opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership when working with product, engineering, sales, and clients.
