Looking for a Full-Time Financial Services Associate for our Contact Centre!
As a Financial Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide appropriate solutions. This includes supporting front-line transactional services for day-to-day banking, while also expanding into advisory conversations such as opening new accounts, offering credit and deposit products, and identifying opportunities for wealth referrals.
