Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Commission & Incentive Management
- Calculate and manage monthly/quarterly commission payouts for the sales team.
- Resolve disputes and inquiries regarding commission statements with transparency and speed.
- Maintain and update commission structures and quotas within our CRM/tracking systems.
- Sales Insights & Analytics
- Pipeline Health: Monitor the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks or high-performing segments.
- Conversion Metrics: Track lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win rates to help leadership forecast accurately.
- Trend Analysis: Provide "the story behind the numbers" to help the team understand why we are hitting (or missing) targets.
- Reporting & Data Integrity
- Own the delivery of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales performance reports.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards for real-time visibility into KPIs.
- Perform regular "data hygiene" audits within the CRM to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Update data to meet naming requirements, sector information, and any other data requirements needed by the business.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales Ops, Finance, or a Data Analyst role.
- Technical Proficiency: *CRM Experience - ability to learn new technologies, master process to pull information.
- Excel/Google Sheets: You should be a "power user" (pivot tables, complex formulas like VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, and data visualization).
- Analytical Mindset: You don’t just report numbers; you ask why the numbers look the way they do.
- Attention to Detail: In commission reporting, a 1% error is a big deal. You pride yourself on 100% accuracy.
- Communication: The ability to explain complex data or commission logic to sales reps and executives alike.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
