Job Description
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of strategic negotiators, guiding them through complex real estate transactions, commercial structuring, and professional growth.
- Drive execution of high-value infrastructure agreements, including colocation leases, power purchase agreements, fiber agreements, and joint ventures.
- Advocate advanced agreement strategies (e.g., NNN, sale-leasebacks) to optimize financials (IRR/ROI), mitigate risk, and align with Legal, Finance, and Tax.
- Direct global pipeline development, analyze market capacity, and cultivate c-level external partnerships to secure critical data center footprints.
- Align cross-functionally with internal leadership to translate technical infrastructure needs into executive-ready financial business cases (NPV, TCO).
