As a key member of the team, you will manage People Service Center (PSC) cases related to Center of Excellence (CoE) inquiries and knowledge articles while executing moderately complex assignments with initiative and effective problem-solving skills. Operating with general guidance, you will identify opportunities to improve methods and processes within your area of responsibility.
