•Procures off-fleet services for breakbulk cargo via Ocean with responsibility for quality control and management of the service/asset.
•Is active in fixing vessels, identifying and contributing to process improvement and execution of the segment strategy.
•Develops and maintains positive and constructive relationships with existing and potential vendors
•Assists in identifying and developing new business relationships and opportunities by proactive interaction with vendors/brokers
•Recommends and executes commercial strategies for the vendor category.
•Explains and promotes the chosen deployment strategy to the team, ensuring alignment of geographical, period and customer prioritizations
•Oversees the operational service delivery and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall deployment strategy
•May lead small projects or contributes/influence projects of moderate size and scope through substantial contributions to project framing,

Critical competencies
•10+ years of relevant experience & Expertise in specialized vessels like MPV, Break Bulk Vessels, Ro Ro Vessels, Tug Vessels, Flat Barges and CPA (Charter Party Agreement)
