Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, highly passionate about building performant, resilient and delightful digital products. Joining one of our teams you’ll help us building and operating an innovative digital product and tools for Miele customers.
Responsibilities:
- Belongs to a Scrum team and has overall responsibility for selected features of the product
- Accountable for its implementation within the development team
- Accountable that the defined Scope is delivered in committed Quality & Timing
- Coordinates with Area Product Owner on features to be developed and takes over responsibility i.e., clarifying and coordinating with other teams and stakeholders when own team cannot solve the feature alone
- Close cooperation with the technical project leads, lead developers and scrum masters, UX/UI to identify and resolve cross-unit dependencies and remove impediments
- Tracking of the progress and ensuring product delivery and quality within the available resources
- Translation of high-level requirements into User Stories, in-depth explanation of User Stories to the team
- Prioritizations of team's product backlog and detailed planning within the team
- Reviews the increment and presents them to the stakeholders together with the team further down the line
- Acting with responsibility for capturing, analyzing, and managing the functional and non-functional requirements
- Motivation and inspiration of the development team
- Active part of the Cross Scrum events
Must have:
- 5+ years of professional experience managing and delivering Scrum / Kanban projects
- 1+ years of project leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on agreed time and quality
- The ability to work fully autonomously, as well as part of a team, by supporting developers, testers, architects, UI/UX designers
- Knows the Agile development methods according to Scrum very well
- Is a very good communicator and presenter for technical as well as non-technical audiences, in both English and Romanian
- Good knowledge on the Jira usage
- Is experienced in organizing and prioritizing product development goals
- Good technical understanding to decompose product requirements
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Nice to have:
- Possesses good facilitation and negotiation skills, dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Good understanding of software architecture and technical requirements, requirements engineering and analysis
- Analytical and structured mind
- German language knowledge

Education:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
