We are seeking a Marketing & Events Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of client and prospect events, strengthening relationships, elevating the Wealth With No Regrets brand, and driving new business for the firm.
What you’ll do:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement
- Develop content strategies across digital platforms, including email marketing, social media, website, and blog
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; use insights to optimize future initiatives
- Collaborate with firm leadership and advisors to shape messaging, positioning, and brand voice across all touchpoints
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, newsletters, and client communications
- Manage the CRM and marketing automation platform, including list segmentation, workflows, and nurture campaigns for prospects and clients
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to produce creative assets and campaign materials
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and grow the firm’s digital presence
- Support SEO and paid advertising efforts, including keyword research, ad copy, and performance tracking
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and client-facing communications
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry compliance and regulatory guidelines
Events Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of a full calendar of client appreciation events, prospect events, educational seminars, and community engagements
- Lead the end-to-end event experience, including concept development, venue selection, invitations, promotion, coordination, on-site management, and post-event follow-up
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines to consistently deliver high-quality experiences
- Partner with advisors to identify event opportunities that deepen client relationships and attract qualified prospects
- Track event ROI, attendance, and engagement metrics to continually refine the event strategy
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for clients and prospects at every event and touchpoint
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, caterers, and event vendors throughout Metro Atlanta
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 4–7 years of combined experience in marketing and event management, with a proven history of executing campaigns and owning client-facing events from concept through completion
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email dashboards), and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid social, and digital advertising fundamentals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with firm leadership, advisors, vendors, clients, and prospects
- Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when overseeing confidential client information and financial matters
